Eowyn Coronation Dress

I wanted to create  this dress based on the origanl design by costumer Ngila Dickson. The Lord of the Rings trilogy has always been a big inspiration to me. The costumes tell us so much about what the character is going through. This silhouette on Eowyn shows us how she embraces the light after facing war. After drafting the pattern I made a mockup, before moving to the final fabric.
